We enjoyed the great location of the hotel near shops, restaurants, and Sun Moon Lake. The staff was helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage when we arrived early. Our room on the highest floor had an amazing view of the lake. Cleanliness was impressive, and hotel facilities were in good condition.
For us, it was ideal.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is situated right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the bustling shop area and the beautiful lake. Despite being so close to all the action, the hotel is tucked away enough that we were not disturbed by any noise from the alleys.
This hotel is highly recommended for everyone. The overall experience was truly exceptional and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, nestled by the lakeside. The older building may lack some modern amenities, but my room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. The area where the hotel is located offers a great place to unwind with plenty of street food vendors nearby. you'll have easy access to the ferry terminal. You'll also appreciate the accommodating staff, who allow you to bring breakfast to your room for special occasions like Christmas.
The hotel lacks a lift, which might make it tough to stay here with older people. the hotel decoration is a bit underwhelming as some parts were poorly painted, and wall marks aren't uncommon.
